Our Mission & Vision
Young Tech Pioneers is a nonprofit that empowers the next generation to become future innovators through hands-on, real-world STEM experiences. Technology and entrepreneurship play key roles in the most impactful initiatives in the world, yet our youth don't have the resources to become the innovators of the future. We bridge the gap between ideas and reality by hosting Youth Entrepreneurial Markets to provide a platform for young people to operate their own businesses in real time while learning the fundamentals of entrepreneurship by themselves and on their own terms.
Our goal is to equip young people to thrive in the fast-changing world of technology and innovation.
Success Stories
Our recent Plano Youth Entrepreneurial Market was a resounding success, attracting over 100 attendees to the 19 youth-led businesses, generating over $650 in revenue for young entrepreneurs. The funds raised directly contribute to advancing our mission of empowering the next generation of innovators, fostering creativity, leadership, and real-world business experience in our community's youth. With assistance and funding from the non-profit organization GripTape, we successfully hosted the first GripTape-alumni-organized Youth Entrepreneurial Market and are determined to continue paving the path to accessible, interactive, and innovative learning experiences for youth in our community.
Our Frisco Youth Entrepreneurial Market series has been an incredible success! We've hosted two markets so far in May and July, with two more planned for the rest of the year in collaboration with Kaleidoscope Park. These events have brought together 90 young entrepreneurs who have collectively raised over $8,000 in revenue. The partnership with Kaleidoscope Park has been instrumental in creating a vibrant, supportive environment where young people can showcase their creativity and business acumen. We're excited to continue this successful collaboration and provide even more opportunities for young innovators to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
